Time Warner Cable digital subscribers will be able to see the 30-minute, bilingual special capturing phenomenal performances from Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan, recording artists Nydia Rojas and Ricardo Castillon, and award winning mariachi groups and vocalists when they want and as many times as they want for FREE.
