Nydia Rojas and Ricardo Castillon scored a beautiful rendition of “Hay Unos Ojos” and benchmarked their career with sales of upwards of 50,000 units of that recording and video. Two artistic colleagues will reconnect on stage and relive the magic of their vocal power before a live audience on Saturday, November 21 at the San Antonio Municipal Auditorium during the concert featuring Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán. Nydia and Ricardo will help conduct vocal classes with young musicians on Friday, November 20 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center as part of the 15th Annual Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza. Both Nydia and Ricardo have an enormous passion for mariachi traditions and sharing in its growth.
