Look for Mariachi Vargas in the Rio Grande Valley this weekend on the Campus of the University of Texas Pan Am in Edinburg Saturday night. They will perform live in concert as part of an international festival of books and arts- FESTIBA. The event is an outdoor concert and free to the public so grab your lawn chairs and make plans to attend. Mariachi Vargas will perform at 7:30 p.m. followed by a performance by the Mexican rock group Los Elefantes.
