Registration fees:
The following rates include early registration (ER), registration (R), and late registration (LR).
- Vocal Competition entry: $85
- Directors w/ group: (ER)$150 – (R)$175 – (LR)$200
- Students w/ group: (ER)$65 – (R)$90 – (LR)$115
- Individual Director: (ER)$175 – (R)$200 – (LR)$225

- October 29 – Vocal Competition Semifinalists Announced
- November 5 – Registration Deadline
- November 12 – Late Registration Deadline
- November 18 – Group Competition Announced
- December 5 – National Vocal Competition Semifinals
- December 6 – National Group Competition Semifinals
- December 7 – National Group and Vocal Competition Finals
- December 7 – Mariachi Extravaganza Concert – Featuring Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán
Mariachi Extravaganza registrants receive:
- Admission to all Mariachi Extravaganza events as listed on the schedule of events except the concert
- Registration badge and lanyard
- Conference registration bag (Directors and Individual registrants only)
- Digital copy of written music
- Participation during educational workshops
Competition Wristbands
- Available at the door during competitions for $25 or online during registration for $20.
- This wristband allows entry into the following:
- Mariachi Extravaganza National Group Competition
- Mariachi Extravaganza National Vocal Competition
- Mariachi Extravaganza Finals
- Seating is general admission and available on a first come, first serve basis.
